Article R332-8 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

If the creditors party to the proceedings and the debtor reach an agreement on the distribution of the price and, where Article R. 331-3, on the release of registrations and publications, a report is drawn up signed by the creditors and the debtor. At the request of the most diligent party, the enforcement judge shall grant enforceability to the minutes of agreement upon production thereof, after having verified their regularity.

Article R332-8

Si les créanciers parties à la procédure et le débiteur parviennent à un accord sur la distribution du prix et, lorsqu’il est fait application de l’article R. 331-3, sur la mainlevée des inscriptions et publications, il en est dressé un procès-verbal signé des créanciers et du débiteur.
Une copie en est remise ou adressée au débiteur et aux créanciers.
A la requête de la partie la plus diligente, le juge de l’exécution confère force exécutoire au procès-verbal d’accord sur production de celui-ci, après en avoir vérifié la régularité.
