Article R3332-9 of the French Labour Code

A company savings plan may receive, at the initiative of the participants, payments of sums from profit-sharing, voluntary payments and company contributions as provided for in article L. 3332-11.
The rules of the company savings plan may stipulate a minimum amount per investment vehicle for each voluntary payment made by participants. However, this may not exceed a sum set by joint order of the ministers responsible for the economy and labour.

Un plan d’épargne d’entreprise peut recueillir, à l’initiative des participants, les versements des sommes issues de l’intéressement, de la participation, des versements volontaires et des contributions des entreprises prévues à l’article L. 3332-11.
Le règlement du plan d’épargne d’entreprise peut prévoir, pour chaque versement volontaire des participants, un montant minimum par support de placement. Celui-ci ne peut toutefois pas excéder une somme fixée par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de l’économie et du travail.
