Le fait à l’occasion d’une foire, d’une vente ou d’une fête ouvertes au public, d’établir un débit de boissons, sans avoir obtenu l’autorisation de l’autorité municipale, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 4e classe.
