Article R. 190 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 190.-A premium of 2.52 euros (300 F CFP) is allocated to the persons mentioned in article R. 188, for the execution of warrants to bring witnesses or measures of constraint exercised against defaulting witnesses under articles 109, 110 and 153.”
L’article R. 190 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art. R. 190.-Il est alloué aux personnes mentionnées à l’article R. 188, pour l’exécution des mandats d’amener ou des mesures de contrainte exercées contre les temoins défaillants en vertu des articles 109,110 et 153, une prime de 2,52 euros (300 F CFP) “.
