Article R342-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The application is sent by any means to the court clerk’s office before the expiry of the time limits mentioned in articles L. 342-1 and L. 342-4.
The clerk registers it and stamps it and any attachments with a stamp indicating the date and time of receipt.

La requête est transmise par tout moyen au greffe du tribunal avant l’expiration des délais mentionnés aux articles L. 342-1 et L. 342-4.
Le greffier l’enregistre et y appose, ainsi que sur les pièces jointes, un timbre indiquant la date et l’heure de la réception.
