Article R. 192 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 192.-For the posting of the order which, under the terms of articles 627 and 628, must be issued and published against contumaxes, including the record of the publication, bailiffs shall be awarded compensation of 4.19 euros (500 F CFP). “
L’article R. 192 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art. R. 192.-Pour les affichages de l’ordonnance qui, aux termes des articles 627 et 628, doit être rendue et publiée contre les contumax, y compris le procès-verbal de la publication, il est alloué aux huissiers de justice une indemnité de 4,19 euros (500 F CFP). “
