In the event of a reduction in activity, part-time employees and home workers employed during the same month by several employers must submit to the Labour Inspectorate control officer all supporting documents enabling him to total up the hours worked and remuneration received during the month and to determine any additional allowance due.
The additional allowance is paid directly to the employee by the Prefect.
The employer reimburses to the Treasury, at the request of the Prefect, within three months, the portion of the additional allowances payable by the employer. This share is proportional to the extent of the reduction in activity imposed on the employee. The Prefect will provide the employer with information enabling him to verify the amount of his contribution.
