Article R343-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Access to the waiting area by representatives of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is subject to individual authorisation.
This authorisation is issued for a period of three years by the competent administrative authority.
It is renewable for the same period.
It is evidenced by the issue of a name card enabling access to the waiting area to be granted on each visit.
The competent administrative authority may, by a reasoned decision, after consulting the delegate of the High Commission, withdraw approval from an approved representative of this delegate. Reasons shall be given for such withdrawal.
Accreditation shall also be withdrawn at the request of the delegate of the High Commission.

Article R343-13

L’accès des représentants du Haut-Commissariat des Nations unies pour les réfugiés à la zone d’attente est subordonné à un agrément individuel.
Cet agrément est délivré pour une durée de trois ans par l’autorité administrative compétente.
Il est renouvelable pour la même durée.
Il est matérialisé par la remise d’une carte nominative permettant d’obtenir lors de chaque visite une autorisation d’accès à la zone d’attente.
L’autorité administrative compétente peut, par une décision motivée, après consultation du délégué du haut-commissariat, retirer son agrément à un représentant agréé de ce délégué. Ce retrait est motivé.
L’agrément est également retiré sur demande du délégué du haut-commissariat.
