Article R343-23 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Authorised representatives of an association may talk to the head of border control and, where they are present, to agents of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons and agents of the French Office for Immigration and Integration responsible for humanitarian assistance.
They may speak confidentially with persons held in this zone.
While in the waiting zone, approved representatives of an authorised association are accompanied by a border control officer.
Representatives of several authorised associations may not access the same waiting zone on the same day.

Les représentants agréés d’une association peuvent s’entretenir avec le chef des services de contrôle aux frontières et, lorsqu’ils sont présents, avec les agents de l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides et les agents de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration chargés de l’assistance humanitaire.
Ils peuvent s’entretenir confidentiellement avec les personnes maintenues dans cette zone.
Pendant leur présence en zone d’attente, les représentants agréés d’une association habilitée sont accompagnés par un agent des services de contrôle aux frontières.
Les représentants de plusieurs associations habilitées ne peuvent accéder le même jour à la même zone d’attente.
