When the journalist’s productions are of such a nature as to enable foreign nationals, staff and those working in waiting areas to be identified, they must consent in writing to the broadcasting or use of their image or voice.
A minor may only be filmed, recorded or photographed with the joint authorisation of the holders of parental authority or legal representatives. In all cases, journalists must ensure that nothing concerning the identity or personality of minors is revealed in any way whatsoever.
The obligations relating to the broadcasting of journalists’ productions mentioned in this article apply to the editors, publishers and distributors of these productions.

Lorsque les productions du journaliste sont de nature à permettre l’identification des étrangers, des personnels et des intervenants dans les zones d’attente, ceux-ci doivent consentir par écrit à la diffusion ou à l’utilisation de leur image ou de leur voix.
Un mineur ne peut être filmé, enregistré ou photographié qu’avec l’autorisation conjointe des titulaires de l’autorité parentale ou représentants légaux. L’accord devra être donné selon les mêmes modalités qu’il s’agisse de l’utilisation de l’image ou de celle de la voix ainsi captée.
Dans tous les cas, le journaliste veille à ce qu’aucun élément concernant l’identité ou la personnalité qui permettrait d’identifier les mineurs ne soit, de quelque manière que ce soit, révélé.
Les obligations relatives à la diffusion des productions des journalistes mentionnées au présent article s’imposent aux directeurs de publication, éditeurs et distributeurs de ces productions.
