Article R343-32 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The number of journalists accompanying a parliamentary visit may, on a permanent or occasional basis, be limited by the person in charge of the zone according to considerations based on the same reasons or the particularities of the zone.
Their entry is concomitant with that of the members of parliament whom they are accompanying on their journey. They may not leave after the MPs have left.
