Article R. 193 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 193.-A fee of 2.06 euros (250 F CFP) shall be paid to bailiffs for affixing each of the three extracts of the judgment of conviction in absentia that must be displayed, in accordance with Article 634, and for drawing up the report recording the completion of this formality. “
L’article R. 193 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art. R. 193.-Il est alloué aux huissiers de justice pour l’apposition de chacun des trois extraits de l’arrêt de condamnation par contumace qui doit être affiché, conformément à l’article 634, et pour la rédaction du procès-verbal constatant l’accomplissement de cette formalité, un droit de 2,06 euros (250 F CFP). “
