Article R349 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

I.-In the first paragraph of article R. 217, the words: “according to the procedures and under the guarantees provided for criminal fines” are replaced by the words: “in accordance with the texts applicable in the local authority”.

II.-At the end of the third paragraph of article R. 217, the words: “by order; the costs are then advanced and recovered as in the case of legal costs” are replaced by the words: “and sets, if applicable, the costs that remain to be borne by it”.

I.-Au premier alinéa de l’article R. 217, les mots : ” selon les procédures et sous les garanties prévues en matière d’amende pénale ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” conformément aux textes applicables dans la collectivité “.

II.-A la fin du troisième alinéa de l’article R. 217, les mots : ” par ordonnance ; les frais sont alors avancés et recouvrés comme en matière de frais de justice ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” et fixe, s’il y a lieu, les frais qui restent à sa charge “.
