Article R3512-1-4 of the French Public Health Code

The report referred to in I of article L. 3512-7 is sent to the Minister for Health no later than 1st April of the year following the calendar year in which the declared expenditure was incurred.

Le rapport mentionné au I de l’article L. 3512-7 est transmis au ministre chargé de la santé au plus tard le 1er avril de l’année suivant l’année civile de réalisation des dépenses déclarées.
