Title I: Tobacco control

For the purposes of article L. 3512-7, activities aimed at influencing public decision-making, in particular the content of a law or regulatory act, by communicating with the persons mentioned in 3° of II of article L. 3512-7 are considered to be activities of influence and representation of interests.

I. – The information referred to in article R. 3512-1-2 is transmitted in French in electronic form and is made public on a public website, in accordance with the procedures specified by order of the Minister for Health. The report referred to in I of article L. 3512-7 is sent to the Minister for Health no later than 1st April of the year following the calendar year in which the declared expenditure was incurred.

The authority responsible for the public website shall make the reports referred to in Article L. 3512-7 public no later than 1 July of the year in which they are received. These reports remain accessible to the public, under the conditions set out in article R. 3512-1-3, for a period of five years from the date they are placed online.

I. – The authority responsible for the public website shall take the necessary technical measures to ensure the integrity of the site on which it makes public the reports referred to in article L. 3512-7, their security and the protection of the only directly identifying data made public mentioned in 4° of article R. 3512-1-2 against indexing by external search engines.
