Article R3512-25 of the French Public Health Code

I.-When the unit packet of rolling tobacco is fitted with a reclosable tab, the tab must be:

1° Unmarked;

2° Either light-coloured or transparent and uncoloured.

II – A cylindrical or parallelepiped-shaped unit pack of rolling tobacco may contain a silver-coloured aluminium lid, without any variation in tone or shade, and without any texture. This lid is part of the inner packaging.

An order of the Minister for Health may specify the characteristics of this lid.

I.-Lorsque l’unité de conditionnement de tabac à rouler est munie d’une languette permettant de la refermer, la languette est :

1° Dépourvue de tout marquage ;

2° Soit de couleur claire, soit transparente et non colorée.

II.-Une unité de conditionnement de tabac à rouler de forme cylindrique ou parallélépipédique peut contenir un opercule d’aluminium de couleur argentée, sans variation de ton ou de nuance, et sans texture. Cet opercule fait partie de son emballage intérieur.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé peut préciser les caractéristiques de cet opercule.
