Article R3512-1-3 of the French Public Health Code

I. – The information referred to in article R. 3512-1-2 is transmitted in French in electronic form and is made public on a public website, in accordance with the procedures specified by order of the Minister for Health.

II. – The order issued by the Minister for Health referred to in I is issued after consultation with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés. It determines the operating procedures for the site, in particular for the establishment, authentication and secure transmission of the information mentioned in article R. 3512-1-2.

Article R3512-1-3

I. – Les informations mentionnées à l’article R. 3512-1-2 sont transmises, en langue française, sous forme dématérialisée et sont rendues publiques sur un site internet public, selon des modalités précisées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

II. – L’arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé mentionné au I est pris après avis de la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés. Il détermine les modalités de fonctionnement du site, notamment d’établissement, d’authentification et de transmission sécurisée des informations mentionnées à l’article R. 3512-1-2.
