Article R3512-1-1 of the French Public Health Code

For the purposes of article L. 3512-7, activities aimed at influencing public decision-making, in particular the content of a law or regulatory act, by communicating with the persons mentioned in 3° of II of article L. 3512-7 are considered to be activities of influence and representation of interests.

Article R3512-1-1

Sont des activités d’influence et de représentation d’intérêts pour l’application de l’article L. 3512-7 les activités ayant pour objet d’influer sur la décision publique, notamment sur le contenu d’une loi ou d’un acte réglementaire en entrant en communication avec les personnes mentionnées au 3° du II de l’article L. 3512-7.
