Article R3512-1-5 of the French Public Health Code

The authority responsible for the public website shall make the reports referred to in Article L. 3512-7 public no later than 1 July of the year in which they are received. These reports remain accessible to the public, under the conditions set out in article R. 3512-1-3, for a period of five years from the date they are placed online.

Ces rapports demeurent accessibles au public, dans les conditions prévues par l’article R. 3512-1-3, pendant une durée de cinq ans à compter de leur mise en ligne.
