The installer or the person responsible for the maintenance of the mechanical ventilation system must certify that it complies with the requirements mentioned in 1° of article R. 3512-4.
The person in charge of the establishment is required to produce this certificate for any inspection and to have the system regularly serviced.
L’installateur ou la personne assurant la maintenance du dispositif de ventilation mécanique atteste que celui-ci permet de respecter les exigences mentionnées au 1° de l’article R. 3512-4.
Le responsable de l’établissement est tenu de produire cette attestation à l’occasion de tout contrôle et de faire procéder à l’entretien régulier du dispositif.
