Article R3551-6-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

An internal regulation, adopted by deliberation of the General Council on the proposal of the operating council, sets out the operating procedures of the Mayotte fire brigade and the service obligations of its members.

The president of the general council refers the matter to:

– the joint territorial social committee for provisions specific to professional firefighters;

– the consultative committee of volunteer firefighters provided for in article R. 3551-6-7 for provisions specific to volunteer firefighters;

– the administrative and technical commission of the fire and rescue service for provisions common to all firefighters.

Article R3551-6-5

Un règlement intérieur, arrêté par délibération du conseil général sur proposition du conseil d’exploitation, fixe les modalités de fonctionnement du corps des sapeurs-pompiers de Mayotte et les obligations de service de ses membres.

Le président du conseil général saisit pour avis préalable :

– le comité social territorial paritaire pour les dispositions propres aux sapeurs-pompiers professionnels ;

– le comité consultatif des sapeurs-pompiers volontaires prévu à l’article R. 3551-6-7 pour les dispositions propres aux sapeurs-pompiers volontaires ;

– la commission administrative et technique du service d’incendie et de secours pour les dispositions communes à tous les sapeurs-pompiers.
