Article R361-2 of the French Tourism Code

In the overseas departments, the powers granted by article R. 341-4 to the Maritime Prefect are exercised by the authorities mentioned inarticle 1 of decree no. 2005-1514 of 6 December 2005 relating to the overseas organisation of State action at sea.

Dans les départements d’outre-mer, les pouvoirs attribués par l’article R. 341-4 au préfet maritime sont exercés par les autorités mentionnées à l’article 1er du décret n° 2005-1514 du 6 décembre 2005 relatif à l’organisation outre-mer de l’action de l’Etat en mer.
