Article R3711-3 of the French Public Health Code

Psychiatrists may be included on the list of coordinating doctors, at their request:

1° Registered with the Order of Physicians ;

2° Have been practising as a specialist for at least three years or have practised as a specialist for at least five years;

3° Have not been convicted of an offence contrary to honour, probity or accepted principles of morality that warrants entry in bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record;

4° Have not been subject to any of the sanctions mentioned in article L. 4124-6 andarticle L. 145-2 of the Social Security Code, for acts contrary to honour, probity or morality, or to suspension under article L. 4124-11.

Doctors may also be included on this list, subject to the same conditions, if they have undergone training provided by a university or an approved continuing medical education organisation, in accordance with the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

Peuvent être inscrits sur la liste des médecins coordonnateurs, sur leur demande, les psychiatres :

1° Inscrits à un tableau de l’ordre des médecins ;

2° Exerçant en qualité de spécialiste depuis au moins trois ans ou ayant exercé en qualité de spécialiste pendant au moins cinq ans ;

3° N’ayant pas de condamnation justifiant une inscription au bulletin n° 2 du casier judiciaire pour des agissements contraires à l’honneur, à la probité ou aux bonnes moeurs ;

4° N’ayant fait l’objet ni de sanctions mentionnées à l’article L. 4124-6 et à l’article L. 145-2 du code de la sécurité sociale, pour des agissements contraires à l’honneur, à la probité ou aux bonnes moeurs, ni de suspension au titre de l’article L. 4124-11.

Peuvent également être inscrits sur cette liste et sous les mêmes réserves, les médecins ayant suivi une formation, délivrée par une université ou par un organisme agréé de formation médicale continue, répondant aux conditions fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
