A coordinating doctor may withdraw from the list. He shall inform the State Prosecutor, the sentence enforcement judge(s) who appointed him, as well as the doctors treating him and the persons who are in contact with him, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
His withdrawal takes effect three months after he has informed the persons mentioned in the previous paragraph.
Un médecin coordonnateur peut se désister de la liste. Il en informe par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception le procureur de la République, le ou les juges de l’application des peines l’ayant désigné, ainsi que les médecins traitants et les personnes qui sont en relation avec lui.
Son désistement prend effet trois mois après en avoir informé les personnes mentionnées à l’alinéa précédent.
