Article R4031-32 of the French Public Health Code

The commission shall publish the lists of candidates no later than the sixtieth day before the ballot by posting them at the regional health agency, at the union’s head office and on the regional health agency’s website, in such a way as to restrict access to voters only.

The legality of the lists may be challenged before the competent judicial court within three days of their publication.

The provisions of the fourth to eighth paragraphs of article R. 4031-31 shall apply.

Article R4031-32

La commission publie les listes de candidatures au plus tard le soixantième jour précédant le scrutin par voie d’affichage à l’agence régionale de santé, au siège de l’union, ainsi que sur le site internet de l’agence régionale de santé, selon des modalités permettant d’en réserver l’accès aux seuls électeurs.

La régularité des listes peut être contestée devant le tribunal judiciaire compétent, dans un délai de trois jours à compter de leur publication.

Il est fait application des dispositions des quatrième à huitième alinéas de l’article R. 4031-31.
