Members of the General Meeting are entitled to reimbursement of travel and subsistence expenses in respect of their duties, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the internal regulations.

The internal regulations may also provide for the granting of a flat-rate allowance to compensate for the loss of resources caused by these duties, up to a ceiling applicable to each profession defined by order of the ministers responsible for health and social security, in accordance with the provisions of the profession’s collective bargaining agreement relating to allowances for participation in joint committees. To determine the existence and amount of this allowance, the internal regulations take into account the importance of the work in which the members take part, in particular by virtue of their status as board members.

For each professional, the total sum of allowances received during a calendar year may not exceed twice the value of the annual social security ceiling.

Les membres de l’assemblée perçoivent au titre de leurs fonctions le remboursement des frais de déplacement et de séjour, dans les conditions fixées par le règlement intérieur.

Le règlement intérieur peut également prévoir l’attribution d’une indemnité forfaitaire destinée à compenser la perte de ressources entraînée par ces fonctions, dans la limite d’un plafond applicable à chaque profession défini par arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et de la sécurité sociale, en fonction des stipulations conventionnelles de la profession relatives aux indemnités de participation aux commissions paritaires. Le règlement intérieur prend en compte, pour déterminer l’existence et le montant de cette indemnité, l’importance des travaux auxquels les membres prennent part, notamment du fait de la qualité de membre du bureau.

Pour chaque professionnel, la somme totale des indemnités perçues durant une année civile ne peut excéder deux fois la valeur du plafond annuel de sécurité sociale.
