Article R4041-7 of the French Public Health Code

I.-A company wishing to employ a healthcare professional must first apply for registration on the roll of the professional concerned.

II.-Applications for registration must be made by a joint representative appointed by the partners in the company’s articles of association or by a separate instrument.

III -Where the company wishes to employ a pharmacist, it must apply for registration in sections A, G or E of the Roll of the Association.

I.-La société qui souhaite salarier un professionnel de santé demande préalablement son inscription au tableau de l’ordre du professionnel concerné.

II.-Les demandes d’inscription sont adressées par un mandataire commun désigné par les associés dans les statuts de la société ou par un acte distinct.

III.-Lorsque la société souhaite salarier un pharmacien, elle demande son inscription aux sections A, G ou E du tableau de l’ordre.
