Article R. 120-1 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 120-1.-Each expert shall be allocated, for a complete mechanical assessment of one or more motor vehicles, following a traffic accident, excluding simple examinations relating only to specific parts of the vehicle, and excluding any compensation for drawing up plans, taking photographs and subsistence expenses: 83.85 euros. “
L’article R. 120-1 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art. R. 120-1.-Il est alloué à chaque expert, pour une expertise mécanique complète portant sur un ou plusieurs véhicules automobiles, à la suite d’accident de circulation, à l’exclusion des examens simples ne portant que sur des organes déterminés du véhicule, et à l’exclusion de toute indemnité d’établissement de plans, prise de photographie et frais de séjour : 83,85 euros. “
