Article R4111-36 of the French Public Health Code

At the end of each one-year period, an assessment report on the performance of the duties carried out under the temporary authorisation to practise by the persons mentioned in 2° of article L. 4111-1-2 is sent to the competent national council of the ordre by the host health establishment. This report is sent no later than two months after the end of each one-year period.

A l’issue de chaque période d’un an, un rapport d’évaluation portant sur l’accomplissement des fonctions exercées dans le cadre de l’autorisation temporaire d’exercice par les personnes mentionnées au 2° de l’article L. 4111-1-2 est transmis au conseil national de l’ordre compétent par l’établissement de santé d’accueil. Ce rapport est transmis au plus tard deux mois après la fin de chaque période d’un an.
