The Registrar shall send a copy of the judgment to the person in charge of the tasks falling within the remit of the national plant variety authority.
This judgment shall be automatically entered in the National Register of Plant Variety Certificates provided for in Article R. 623-38.
The judgment of the Court of Appeal shall be executed within two months of its notification.
