At the first meeting following each renewal of the departmental council, it elects at least three of its members from among the full members and alternate members to sit on the conciliation commission.

A la première réunion suivant chaque renouvellement du conseil départemental, celui-ci élit, parmi les membres titulaires et les membres suppléants, au moins trois de ses membres pour siéger au sein de la commission de conciliation.
