The president of the regional or inter-regional council appoints a rapporteur.
The practitioner concerned, the departmental council and, where applicable, the national council are convened by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at least eight days before the meeting of the regional or inter-regional council. They are informed of the dates on which they may consult the file at the headquarters of the regional or inter-regional council. The experts’ report is sent to them.
The notice to attend indicates that the practitioner may be assisted or represented by any person of his choice, the departmental council or the national council by one of their members or by a lawyer.
