Article R4124-3-3 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 4124-3-1 and R. 4124-3-2 are applicable before the national council. Its decision is also notified to the regional or inter-regional council. The notification shall state that the decision may be appealed on grounds of ultra vires before the Conseil d’Etat within two months.
