Article R4124-5 of the French Public Health Code

The election of the Disciplinary Boards of First Instance shall take place no later than four months after the date of the election of the Regional and Inter-Regional Councils, under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of this Title. Only those members present and able to vote shall be entitled to vote.

L’élection des chambres disciplinaires de première instance a lieu au plus tard dans les quatre mois qui suivent la date de l’élection des conseils régionaux et interrégionaux, dans les conditions prévues au chapitre V du présent titre.
