Article R4125-20 of the French Public Health Code

I.-In the event of an election of all the members of a Board, in order to allow for a subsequent renewal by half, lots are drawn after the election in accordance with the procedures laid down in the electoral regulations to determine which of the pairs of candidates or candidates whose term of office expires at the end of three or six years respectively.

II – In the event of an election for all the members of the Disciplinary Chambers, in order to allow for a subsequent renewal by half, lots are drawn after the election in accordance with the procedures laid down by the electoral regulations to allocate the members mentioned in 2° of articles R. 4122-5 and R. 4124-4 to each half.

Subsequent renewals of the Disciplinary Boards take place within four months of the date on which the next election of the Board takes place.

Article R4125-20

I.-En cas d’élection ayant porté sur la totalité des membres d’un conseil, afin de permettre un renouvellement ultérieur par moitié, un tirage au sort est effectué après l’élection selon des modalités fixées par le règlement électoral pour déterminer ceux des binômes de candidats ou candidats dont le mandat vient à expiration respectivement au terme d’une durée de trois ou six ans.

II.-En cas d’élection ayant porté sur la totalité des membres des chambres disciplinaires, afin de permettre un renouvellement ultérieur par moitié, un tirage au sort est effectué après l’élection selon des modalités fixées par le règlement électoral pour répartir les membres mentionnés au 2° des articles R. 4122-5 et R. 4124-4 dans chaque moitié.

Les renouvellements suivants des chambres disciplinaires ont lieu dans les quatre mois qui suivent la date à laquelle l’élection suivante du conseil a lieu.
