Candidates for election to a council or disciplinary chamber must be entered on the roll of the departmental or territorial council concerned by the election, or of one of the departmental councils located within the jurisdiction of the region or inter-region concerned by the election. Candidates for election to a council or disciplinary chamber must be up to date with their Ordinary membership fees.

I.-The list of voters entered on the roll of the ordre concerned by the election, for each council, may be consulted by any voter at the head office of the organising council during the two months preceding the election.
