Candidates for election to a council or disciplinary chamber must be entered on the roll of the departmental or territorial council concerned by the election, or of one of the departmental councils located within the jurisdiction of the region or inter-region concerned by the election.

Candidates for election to a council or disciplinary chamber must be up to date with their Ordinary membership fees.

Le candidat à une élection d’un conseil ou d’une chambre disciplinaire doit être inscrit au tableau du conseil départemental ou territorial concerné par l’élection, ou de l’un des conseils départementaux situés dans le ressort de la région ou de l’interrégion concernée par l’élection.

Le candidat à une élection d’un conseil ou d’une chambre disciplinaire doit être à jour de sa cotisation ordinale.
