Article R4125-23 of the French Public Health Code

The use of electronic voting via the Internet is organised within the framework laid down by Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, and in compliance with the fundamental principles governing electoral operations, access to the vote for all voters, the secrecy of the ballot, the free and anonymous personal nature of the vote, the integrity of the votes cast, effective monitoring of the ballot and a posteriori control by the election judge.

Le recours au vote électronique par internet est organisé dans le cadre fixé par la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés et dans le respect des principes fondamentaux qui commandent les opérations électorales, l’accès au vote de tous les électeurs, le secret du scrutin, le caractère personnel libre et anonyme du vote, l’intégrité des suffrages exprimés, la surveillance effective du scrutin et le contrôle a posteriori par le juge de l’élection.
