Article R4125-1 of the French Public Health Code

The date of elections to the regional, inter-regional and national councils and disciplinary chambers of the ordre is announced at least two months before the date scheduled for the election in the bulletin of the ordre national. This announcement indicates the number of pairs or candidates to be elected to the body concerned and includes the information provided for in 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° of article R. 4125-9. This publication serves as a call for candidates.

Article R4125-1

La date des élections des conseils régionaux, interrégionaux et national et des chambres disciplinaires de l’ordre est annoncée deux mois au moins avant la date prévue pour l’élection dans le bulletin de l’ordre national. Cette annonce indique le nombre de binômes ou de candidats à élire au sein de l’instance concernée et comporte les mentions prévues aux 1°, 2°, 3° et 4° de l’article R. 4125-9. Cette publication tient lieu d’appel à candidature.
