Article R4125-21 of the French Public Health Code

The time limit for appealing to the administrative court against elections to disciplinary boards and chambers is fifteen days.

This period runs, for the voters, from the day of the election and, for the directors general of the regional health agencies or the minister responsible for health, from the day of receipt of notification of the minutes of the election.

Le délai de recours devant le tribunal administratif contre les élections aux conseils et aux chambres disciplinaires est de quinze jours.

Ce délai court, pour les électeurs, à compter du jour de l’élection et, pour les directeurs généraux des agences régionales de santé ou le ministre chargé de la santé, à compter du jour de réception de la notification du procès-verbal de l’élection.
