Article R4126-46 of the French Public Health Code

The decisions of the national disciplinary chamber and the orders of its president are notified to the persons and authorities who were notified of the decision at first instance and to the disciplinary chamber of first instance that took the decision referred to.

If, on the date of notification, the practitioner being prosecuted is registered or in the process of being registered in another department, the decision is also notified to the departmental council of that department and, if the decision imposes a disciplinary penalty, to the same authorities of that department and, where applicable, of that new region.

Les décisions de la chambre disciplinaire nationale et les ordonnances de son président sont notifiées aux personnes et autorités qui ont reçu notification de la décision de première instance ainsi qu’à la chambre disciplinaire de première instance qui a pris la décision déférée.

Si, à la date de notification, le praticien poursuivi est inscrit ou en cours d’inscription dans un autre département, la décision est également notifiée au conseil départemental de ce département ainsi que, si la décision prononce une peine disciplinaire, aux mêmes autorités de ce département et, le cas échéant, de cette nouvelle région.
