Article R4126-7 of the French Public Health Code

The same magistrate may be appointed to preside over several Disciplinary Boards, either as a full member or as an alternate member.

The orders of the ministers responsible for the budget and health setting the allowances payable to the chairmen or deputy chairmen of the disciplinary chambers, as provided for in the third paragraph of II of article L. 4122-3 and the second paragraph of II of article L. 4124-7, are issued after consultation with the national council of the order concerned.

Article R4126-7

Un même magistrat peut être désigné, en qualité de titulaire ou de suppléant, pour présider plusieurs chambres disciplinaires.

Les arrêtés des ministres chargés du budget et de la santé fixant les indemnités dues aux présidents ou aux présidents suppléants des chambres de discipline, prévus au troisième alinéa du II de l’article L. 4122-3 et au deuxième alinéa du II de l’article L. 4124-7, sont pris après avis du conseil national de l’ordre concerné.
