Article R4127-109 of the French Public Health Code

All doctors, when they are entered on the roll, must affirm before the Conseil Départemental de l’Ordre that they are aware of this Code of Deontology and undertake under oath and in writing to comply with it.

Tout médecin, lors de son inscription au tableau, doit affirmer devant le conseil départemental de l’ordre qu’il a eu connaissance du présent code de déontologie et s’engager sous serment et par écrit à le respecter.
