Article R413-10 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration organises the training provided under the Republican Integration Contract. To this end, it ensures that foreign nationals register for the training courses and that they attend regularly and seriously.
The civic training and language training mentioned in articles R. 413-12 and R. 413-13 are provided free of charge.

L’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration organise les formations dispensées dans le cadre du contrat d’intégration républicaine. A cet effet, il assure l’inscription de l’étranger aux formations et veille à l’assiduité et au sérieux de sa participation.
La formation civique et la formation linguistique mentionnées aux articles R. 413-12 et R. 413-13 sont dispensées gratuitement.
