Article R4134-25 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The chairman of the regional economic, social and environmental council receives, for the actual performance of his duties, an allowance equal to no more than 50% of the maximum functional allowance that may be allocated to the chairman of the regional council, pursuant to article L. 4135-17.

Le président du conseil économique, social et environnemental régional perçoit, pour l’exercice effectif de ses fonctions, une indemnité au plus égale à 50 % de l’indemnité maximale de fonction pouvant être allouée au président du conseil régional, en application de l’article L. 4135-17.
