Article R4134-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Regional Economic, Social and Environmental Council meets when convened by its Chairman. The notice of meeting is accompanied by the agenda. At least twelve days before the meeting, the chairman sends the members of the council a report on each of the matters to be submitted to them.

Le conseil économique, social et environnemental régional se réunit sur convocation de son président. La convocation est accompagnée de l’ordre du jour. Douze jours au moins avant la réunion, le président adresse aux membres du conseil un rapport sur chacune des affaires qui doivent leur être soumises.
