At the end of their term of office, persons who have held one of the elective offices mentioned in Article L. 4135-9-2 benefit from the end-of-mandate differential allowance, subject to meeting the conditions set out in the aforementioned article.
The previous exercise of the duties of vice-president of the regional council, in the absence of delegation by the president, does not give rise to entitlement to the allowance.
For the application of these provisions, the condition of cessation of professional activity is assessed at the end of the term of office.
