Article R. 141 reads as follows:
“Art.R. 141.-When the assessor-jurors travel, they shall be allocated, upon justification, a transport allowance which shall be calculated as stated for experts in article R. 110.
“The provisions of article R. 134 shall also apply. “
L’article R. 141 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art.R. 141.-Lorsque les assesseurs-jurés se déplacent, il leur est alloué, sur justification, une indemnité de transport qui est calculée ainsi qu’il est dit pour les experts à l’article R. 110.
” Les dispositions de l’article R. 134 sont également applicables. “
