The training provided takes into account the training, qualifications, professional experience and language, spoken or read, of the worker who is to benefit from it.
The time spent on the training and information mentioned in article R. 4141-2 is considered as working time. The training and information in question take place during normal working hours.

La formation dispensée tient compte de la formation, de la qualification, de l’expérience professionnelles et de la langue, parlée ou lue, du travailleur appelé à en bénéficier.
Le temps consacré à la formation et à l’information, mentionnées à l’article R. 4141-2, est considéré comme temps de travail. La formation et l’information en question se déroulent pendant l’horaire normal de travail.
