In the event of withdrawal of the multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “ICT seconded employee” provided for in Article L. 421-26, the minister responsible for immigration shall immediately inform the authorities of the second Member State.
En cas de retrait de la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” salarié détaché ICT ” prévue à l’article L. 421-26, le ministre chargé de l’immigration informe immédiatement les autorités du deuxième Etat membre.
